The Springfield-Hampden County CoC has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking applicants for HUD CoC Program funds.
The CoC Program provides funding to programs that serve people who are homeless or who are fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence. Allowable project types are permanent supportive housing (PSH), rapid rehousing (RRH), and joint transitional housing-rapid rehousing (TH-RRH). The program also funds coordinated entry. The RFP makes $856,872 in CoC Bonus funds available for new projects. Successful projects are eligible for annual renewal of funds.
Applications are due to the CoC by 5 pm on September 30, 2024.
