The Springfield-Hampden County CoC local FY25 funding competition is currently paused. The previously-announced Dec. 15 deadline for submissions is no longer in effect.
The US Department of Housing and Urban development withdrew its FY25 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) December 8, 2025. Because the local competition is in response to the HUD NOFO, the CoC has paused its competition.
HUD indicates that it will issue a new NOFO. Once a new NOFO is issued, the CoC will announce a new application deadline.
